Boston Property Group was established in 2009 as full-Service tailor-made Property Management Company. Steve Shaw and Tiffany Livingston established the brokerage in 2020 after working for over 15 years each with other Real Estate companies. They each ran successful brokerage companies and helped develop agents to become and reach their full potential. Our highly skilled team serves the Greater Boston Area and specializes in services including rentals, sales, property management, condo conversion, development, and construction management.

Property Management
BPG is a full-service, hands on property management company willing to tailor to each individual investor and/or owners particular needs. BPG’s difference is that it does not charge for services not needed at properties – the tailoring of our contracts to manage only what each individual property needs and therefore maximize the profits on your investment by keeping costs to maintain it down. We also work hard to make sure that the rental experience for the residents is the most efficient and responsive as possible; using an online rent payment and maintenance request software to streamline all tenant communications.
